It's not like you'd be showing any weakness by doing so - in fact, it would show a lot of strength to talk openly about it. I know from experience that it is very difficult to recover from an eating disorder, and following a healthy exercise and diet plan in addition to changing the pattern of thinking is a great achievement (congratulations and all my respect for that, btw). So I do think people would look at you quite differently, but definitely not in a bad way! I personally think it's an excellent idea to express yourself through this. But still, if you feel like you're not ready for this and the reactions maybe too much for you to handle, then don't feel pressured to do it. I do believe it's a great idea though. Id say talk about what you want to major in and how having this will help. You can mention how you want to further your education.

Dont talk about how great the school is, they already know that. Talk about you.
