The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy essay prompt? We Answered:
Because it contains the aswer to everything!! XD just kidding :PSeriously i think because it's fun and well written, so a person could be stimolated by the humoristic contents of this book; then when i was 13 i read this book and i suddenly started to learn how to resume, and i learn to write in a good form (i read it in italian, for i am italian ^^ ) but also the contents are really enjoyable :D you could also say that the style of the book is very involving and one could take it as an example to write in a particular way... for example if you want to write a comic book etx... i hope this help ;D

Help for next Saturday....BIG help, how to find?We Answered:
I'm guessing this is for some kind of competition.Okay, I'll try.
I think the best way to do this is if you can relate it to yourself somehow. Or take a deep breath and do a quick brainstorming. Think, think, think.
Keep thinking, but don't stress yourself.
"Zero, write a story around this word" ---> For this I think you can write about a character who's going to have an important test and he/she doesn't want to fail. And so the character works hard. Here's the conflict, the character is superstitious. Everytime the character sees the number "zero", he/she would start to panic. So now you have to decide whether this character would overcome his/her fear and pass the test or if he/she would get so insecure and fail.
Your decision will be the end of the story. Although it would be better if the character overcome his/her fear to show some character development.
Remember --- > Beginning, Middle & End. I'm sure you know this, for every story there should be conflict to make it interesting for the readers.
"There's one in every family" ---> Keywords "every family". For every instruction, focus on the keyword(s) to help you think up ideas. In this case start thinking about typical families. Say the troublemaker, the peacemaker, "favourite", the funny one, the odd one...keep thinking and choose the one you're comfortable with and write a story around it, the conflict and how the character overcome this.
"Without ___, fill in the blank and make that your title. Fit a story around it" --- > Think about it. What/who is important to you? What would you do "without" it? Or without that person? How would that impact your life? How would you feel? What are your plans to overcome this? Do you think you can achieve this? This can be your story.
It's fine if you don't want to involve yourself in the story since you can create a character to do this and inject your feelings into this character.
Just remember this important thing : Conflict. Without it the story would be boring and would go nowhere.
If you are really under pressure then I think it would be fine if your idea isn't so original. What matter is how well you deliver it, how well you can write the story. It shouldn't be "awkward" for the readers to read it, the story should flow naturally.
I mean if the idea is original and interesting but badly written and hard to understand, it wouldn't mean much. Would you like to read a story that would make you pause every five minutes just to ponder and ask yourself : "what was that all about?" ? I don't think so -_-
So what's important is how you express the story in your own words. Write the story just like how you would want to read it. Comprehensive and enjoyable.
But don't forget to check your spelling and grammar.
They're important too. Very important.
Lastly, have fun.
Hope this helps!
Best wishes~
