Roland Said:

What are some really good writing prompts that I can get deep into?

We Answered:

The best question to ask yourself is "What if?". What if Angels lived on Earth? What if there were alternate realities? What if we could go back and change history? What if you had to describe the color green to someone who was blind? Could you do it?

If that doesn't help, you can always Google "writing prompts".

Write about yourself, but give it a fictitious twist! What is the worst date you ever had? Now make it a thousand times worse when you recollect it by adding in random elements.

Look around the room. What are some objects you can incorporate into your writing?

And my favorite: eavesdrop on someone's conversation, and use the first thing someone says and write an interesting story around the dialogue.
