Does anyone know any magazines for kids who love writing?

We Answered:

here's a great website: http://www.stonesoup.com/main2/printmaga…

stone soup itself publishes creative work of children and the site has this links to magazines where you can publish your work or just read others' works...the mags listed in the site are even arranged by "For Various Ages" and "Especially for Teen Writers". Check out the Creative Kids magazine link if you're interested in games and puzzles.

Hope I helped! :)

I promise though if I do come up with anymore secrets I'll be sure to tell you.. well could luck :)

The person above me.... umm maybe raped should stay out of a story aimed for 9-16 year olds... and the affair one.. I don't think thats appropriate for 9 year olds..

How can submitting to a writing contest be appealing to students and teachers?

We Answered:

I would, yes. But I don't have a class yet, I'm a student teacher. Sounds like a good idea.

Tiffany Said:

I want to enter a writing contest. For the contest we have to write a fictional story. I need help with ideas

We Answered:

How about these kids asking The FLAT EARTH SOCIETY to sponsor them on a trip to the edge of the earth to prove, once and for all that the earth is flat.

So they get to the edge and nearly fall off and come back with some great video of their trip and they go on all the TV shows and make lots of money and they all get Pulitizer prizes for proving that the earth is NOT ROUND after all.

Glenda Said:

Any good writing contests?

We Answered:

Try the free writing contest at Storymash.com, it's collaborative fiction, so to enter you only have to add your chapter after any other chapter. You might need to be 18 tho to get paid. It's fun!

Oh, they also pay over half revenue.

Discuss It!
