If you are focusing on one lesson to share with the public; like that first boyfriend/girlfriend that doesn't last and how to endure a heartache, make characters for a book to release the lessons.

You need to learn how the publishing industry works. Try Google and Writer's Market (or whatever publication they use where you live.)
