Anthony Said:

I need some writing prompts...?

We Answered:

You could write about a pair of otaku twins in Tokyo. Set it in Akihabura and include a maid cafe, a whimsical salaryman, and at least 2 heart-of-gold yakuza ....

I need help on my summer project?

We Answered:

Hoot may be a very interesting book. I suggest you read the book since its a summer assignment, it would probably be best abd you would feel better about yourself. im not saying this to be mean but if the teacher assigned, its best that you read it so if he/she askes you any questions on the book, you will know what you are talking about. also, reading will become very important later in life. so if you still have trouble after reading the book with the project, you should do some research on the book do find out more info.
this site should be very helpful: http://thebestnotes.com/booknotes/Hoot/H…
Good luck and have a great summer!

English Summer Homework Help

We Answered:

Hey, yeah, what I just did today for an essay (for the 19th) is something like this...

Paragraph 1, intro - "In Mitch Albom's The Five People You Meet in Heaven, ...." Then mention some major theme and three things that contributed to that theme. Close it with a thesis statement

Paragraph 2, discuss the first thing that contributes to the main theme and back it up with 1-2 quotes with parenthetical notation "quote" (pg #). or whatever way you are supposed to cite things at your school

Paragraph 3, same process, but discuss the second thing that contributes to the main theme, with quotes

Paragraph 4, same as above, but discuss the third thing that contributes to the main theme, with quotes

Paragraph 5, tie things together, defend your thesis, and close, restating the thesis, but word it a bit differently

I don't know if yours is supposed to be a five-paragraph essay or how long it needs to be, but...good luck!

Summer boredom. Activites/projects to do?

We Answered:

SME's answer is really cool but it could be dangerous and cost lots of money to get to texas and places depending on where you live if i were you i would get some friends go to a park and take turns taking pic of them like dance poses or something. you could even get into realistic drawing like i did. visit website www.artsonia.com and type in autumn935 to see some of them and get more ideas. you sound like me so it should be fun i'll type back if i think of anything else.
