Write about the day in the life of a random object or thing. It doesn't even have to be living! For example, write in the perspective of a button, hamster, toenail, etc. The possibilities are endless!

Something that you like, and something that you know a lot about. I like to write stories about things that just pop into my head. I was really mad at my cousin, and made a 6 page story about her. It made me forget how mad I was.

What i usually do, is listen to conversations when im having cofee, waiting for the train, or sitting in the park. These conversations help me make characters or plots for stories.
I also read A LOT. and when im done, i often think about how i would have made the story better, and have my own ideas about it. This is not copying or nething. I also watch alot of drama shows. So, my mind it always jumbled with ideas. There is also this website that ive visited to help me with free writing and wrting in general. Check it out!
