They both had a deep parent related relationship with each other, usually in those times if you were a child of a fairly wealthy family, you would usually be card for by someone other than a parent as you can tell between Romeo and Juliet.

They were pretty much father/mother figures towards them, they raised and looked after them (particularly between Juliet and the Nurse), they really loved, helped and supported each other through the play.

Just expand and go in depth with the characters (Juliet's and Romeo's feelings towards the friar/nurse and how they've really progressed and influenced their childhood and the relationship between each other). I personally would focus more on Juliet and the Nurse since they have a more stronger and parental connection.
