Reflective Writing Prompts
Wesley Said:
How can a small everyday event affect your life?We Answered:
Okay, this prompt gives you a wide range of stuff to write on it.Meeting someone knew can change your life. You might end up marrying the person or something like that! Also...maybe...eating. Food poisoning, you know. Also, you might discover something extraordinary in just a small random thing. Reading a newspaper or even a book can change you and might make you want to find out new things, change your outlook on life, make you change what you want to do for a living, or even change your religion.
You have to think of things you would do in a normal day, and figure out what could go right and wrong...make a twist to it and how that tiny event will end up. Maybe nothing, maybe everything.
Good luck with your essay! Hope this helped!

Start a reflective essay with a personal story or experience.Kyle Said:
Essay help! Pleaaaaaase answer!?We Answered:
You can do this. The problem, I suspect, is that you don't have the whole essay in your head right now and that's scaring you.Pick an animal behavior, for instance: dogs barking when other dogs bark, squirrels gathering nuts for the winter, animals traveling in packs.
Think about the behavior in terms of how humans behave, e.g., people gossiping when others start it, farmers harvesting crops for the winter, humans being social animals. Make a connection.
This isn't an essay someone else can write for you; your teacher wants your thoughts, your unique perspective. Take some time to sit down and think about it. You'll be surprised at what you come up with.
Good luck!

can you help me start my essay? We Answered:
I would write about how American culture is very individualistic, as compared to, say, Asian cultures which tend to be more collectivistic. Americans are individual oriented, with lots of emphasis on the self and individual goals. For example, when someone says that they want to become an artist, that's an individual goal. They're choosing their own path in life. Individualistic cultures are concerned with the individual, the growth of a person as an individual. Collectivist cultures are more family oriented and concerned about the well being of the community and the group. A decision to become an artist would be unacceptable because it would not benefit the group as a whole. Also, when someone in a collectivist culture follows their own desires or personal opinions, they are seen as selfish and are not usually very well accepted.
