The first answer is a good one, if you are the only one writing about this picture. But if the whole class is writing about it, then you have to do something really different to grab your teacher's interest and get yourself a good grade. This is because a lot of students will come up with the obvious storyline. So then, you come up with something really off the wall, and have a ball with it.

They are aliens who have copied their appearance from the first people they met at the park when their ship landed. Then, they copied their actions from the next group (children) they met at the park. Now, they are on their way to invade world, and take captives back to their planet.

Or, they are actually robbers and have just pulled off an unbelievable jewelry robbery, but no one suspects a thing because they look so harmless and sweet.

You get the idea. Come up with something that no one else will think of.
