Vanity Fair or The Razor's Edge?

We Answered:

I like both of the authors and both are hit and miss but in this case Vanity Fair is Thackeray's masterpiece and The Razor's Edge is not one of Maugham's best. This would be much harder if it were Of Human Bondage.

Karl Said:

Do you need english or writing help?!?

We Answered:

Apparently, you're better at writing than reading.

If you could read, you would know that Yahoo! Answers' Community Guidelines prohibit:
"Exploiting the community.

Yahoo! Answers is a place to gain knowledge, not customers, page views, or dates. If you have years of experience in something, have a special hobby, own your own business, or if you are a knowledge partner, it's OK to accompany a good, on-topic answer with a link to your website, blog, or email to offer more information. However, it is not OK to post links that are unrelated to the topic or are clearly meant only to solicit others for personal and financial gain..."

It also forbids spamming - i.e., posting the same thing over and over again.

I'm sure you mean well, but why not post answers to questions where people are asking for writing help, and stop irritating people by repeatedly plugging your site?

Dan Said:

Write a program to calculates and prints the monthly paycheck for an employee. The net pay is calculate after t?

We Answered:

Unfortunately your program will calculate property taxes, not income taxes.

Given the complexity of the Tax Code, your program will be several thousand lines of code.

Back to the drawing board!

Discuss It!
