Don't worry about an answer to your question -- you won't get a rational one because she is not behaving rationally. You clearly have a problem with what's going on, but you don't want to confront your friend with it or make her mad at you.

So screw it. Call CPS. If you're not comfortable with that, call the kids' school and tell their counselor or school nurse that they might want to talk to the kids about it. Or write an anonymous letter to the school or CPS. Do SOMETHING to see that the kids get some help. I don't like CPS much, but damn, they belong in this mess. You'll never forgive yourself if someone gets hurt and you have done nothing.

yes i have. just yesterday i got a question removed, and i think that is unfair to everyone. why cant yahoo just leave the question on there and if it is offending anyone, let them report it.

Sorry to hear your story and I urge you contact representatives by telephone as well as writing letters to them. In my personal opinion I believe in free speech and that is why I choose to live in the U.S. instead of being a first class citizen in the developing country. Here is my two cents and You need to be honest and fair when you fight and make sure you respect others. Remember free speech is a key that we American practice every day. Good luck and try to explain to Yahoo again. This time you might get your point across. Thank you for the information and question.

call DSS. its the only way. in knowing about the abuse and not reporting it, YOU ARE AN ACCESSORY. if anything happened that resulted in one of theses three's death (which happens quite a bit in this country) and an investigation was prompted, you could literally go to jail for not reporting it. Especially if you hold any professional licenses (it becomes law when you do have these licenses).

I totally agree. The violations would not bother me though. The actual suspension or termination would and they should be investigated and not by automatic process of 3 violations.
I have been warned about an answer once. Which I really did not say anything, I just used characters instead of alpha's.
If you are reported then it should be investigated rather than just deleting your answer/question and suspending your account. They have to be fair. On the other hand, there should be laws and rules governing the content on what is posted on this site. For one reason, we have children on this site. It should also not be a place to discriminate or post hate messages about other people or groups of people. There are many sites that you can do that. This is not one of them.
