As mentioned, you could join an on line writer's group. Aside from Clarion, there is also the Online Writing Workshop for SF, Fantasy and Horror-they also have a yahoo group that is very helpful OWW-SFF-Writing, with a monthly challenge given. Another great online group for Fantasy writing is Forward Motion for writers.

Another place to look is the NaNoWriMo boards. Though NaNoWriMo is only for November, they leave their boards and forums up, and there are a lot of good ideas there. There's a section for every genre, including Fantasy.

If you search on line for fantasy online writers forums or groups, you'll find quite a selection to choose from. If you are serious about your writing, and you aren't linked up to a writer's group yet, I'd highly recommend it.

Check out StoryMash.com. Any chapter is open for you to add to, or leave feedback. They also pay and have a writing contest.
