It's good that you're getting a head start but from experience, taking all of those AP classes and then getting into UM sucks because they have such high standards that if you don't get a a 5 in AP English, you can't get credit for it at all. Not even a 4 will get you out of freshman English. Don't wear yourself thin because it will come back and bite you in the end plus you don't want to be stuck taking all of those AP exams adn then studying for them at the same time, it's too much. But if you can handle it, go ahead! I go to UM now and unweighted is a bunch of BS to them. It's good to aim high for Ivy League but don't say if an ivy league will accept you UM will, because sometimes they won't. Good Luck though! :)
