Spaghetti dinner... you can charge $10+/person and make a good bit of money. Pasta is cheap. I did those at my church for fundraising the down payment on a building. It generated at least $1000 dollars feeding about 110 ppl each dinner. We could only fit 110 into the rec room of the church. (later we asked for silent auction donations, and had a silent auction at each dinner, which brought in another $300-400.)

Car Wash... good for a couple hundred bucks on a Saturday.
