Trying to get a job at apple? We Answered:
When you're done with the letter, please make sure you have someone - a teacher, for example - review it for grammar and spelling. You spelled "customer" incorrectly. Capitalise both words in "Bury College".This actually isn't a bad cover letter. It's quite promising, and I agree - if you expand on it, it will be strong.
You could back it up by actually having a CV/Resume which lists out exactly what you mean by "I have had experience with computers for a number of years." Your college should be able to help you pull such a document together very quickly. There are some standard formats that you can follow, which should help.
In addition, in your letter, you should also expand on that theme. What experience do you have? How did you get it? Both will be of interest to the Apple store. You may, in fact, want to give some examples of the types of courses you're taking as part of the IT practitioners course, to further support your experience. Your experience, plus your education, could get you this job - so show them what you have. Give some examples so they really get it.
In addition, don't say things like "I have had experience with computers for a number of years." Instead, quantify it. "I have over five years' experience with computers." Likewise, "I have a fair amount of experience with OS X." Instead, say something more definiate, like, "I have used OS X since it came out..." or similar.
I actually think you stand a shot at getting a job at Apple, if you can expand on what experience, including classes, you have in the field.

i got band 6 in ielts listening 6 writing 5.5 speaking 6.5 reading 6 is this enough for uk?We Answered:
You will have to write again if you are looking at this course only. A uni normally does not give any reduction on the ielts requirement. Other option is to look at some other uni that offers a similar course but accepts a lesser ielts. However most unis have a standard admission criteria. They don't want to appear like they are attracting a lower quality student by dropping their entry requirement. Also check governmnet colleges in the UK. They may have a lower ielts requirement but you may not find the exact course you seem to be keen on. I would suggest a course search on http://www.arrayglobe.com/ and also a general internet search. But really the best advice I can give you is prepare better and write the ielts again and then you don't have to compromise on your course. Best of luck.Tonya Said:

Can anybody help me fill in a job application at a clothing store? We Answered:
The main answer to put is - To assist the customer the best you can and always be friendly and helping anyway you can so that they leave the store think how nice and helpful you were and that it was a great store that they will want to come back.
