If you prefer rural areas you would have to go to Tasmania.
Brisbane is a big city with lots of bright city lights. It is also fairly hot there - don't know what type of weather you prefer. Tasmania is an absolutely beautiful island - very green and much agriculture happening there. Much better place to bring up children too. They have a couple of larger type cities [not as large as Brisbane] for when the need for big shopping expeditions strikes you and Melbourne [2nd largest city in Oz] is only an hour away on the plane.

You have so much time to choose what you want to do. My suggestion would be to take alot of general requirments, and take classes in each area you would like to pursue to see if you get a feel for it. I am in my last year of college and i changed my major about 4 times before i really decided what was meant for me. Only time will give you your answer. From the way it sounds your still in highschool, so dont get yourself all worked up over a huge life decision when you dont have to choose yet. Also dont let people tell you you would be bad at somthing when they dont know how it will turn out, dont let people run you life for you. All in all it is up to you and dont worry you have plenty of time to figure it out. I hope this helped :)

OK first of all with friends like that who needs enemies. They are not friends so get out of there and find somewhere else to live and pay them nothing.

Contact a lawyer or if Australia has one Citizen Advice Bureau and find out where you stand.

In the meantime I would refuse to pay for the time the previous tenants moved out early and you moved in. As far as I can see the previous tenants need to pay that. As for the computer it's their fault the computer got a virus because they turned of the virus checker. As for the couch, refuse to pay for the dry cleaning as she told you it could be washed.

Unfortunately this is an expensive lesson to learn but take heart, you're not the first that this has happened to but it will be the last.

Put everything in writing and keep copies of it. Good luck.

While I don't really have any experience in this industry, you sound like you're on the right track! It's great to see a teenager with their life sorted and planning for the future! You've got a great plan mapped out for yourself, just stick with it and don't lose sight of your dreams! P.S. I reckon a Bachelor in Film and TV Studies would be more relevant for what you really want to do, whereas multimedia design is sort of your second choice!
