Heya yeah it deffo does exist, most publications have a movie section, however small .The ones that dedicate the most space to movie/dvd reviewing are film magazines like Empire or Total film.Newspapers also usually have a weekly film section.

first of all you need to have something interesting to say about movies not just i liked it or didnt like it- you need to comment on character progression,plot, music,graphics/special effects and cinematography etc

you also need to be a decent writer, id advise you to get some xperience writing reviews.Write a blog or something to hone your skills and demonstrate that its a passion of yours.Alternatively try and write for a school paper (if ur still at school, obvs) or any other local publication

Getting into it is the tricky part, id advise you to try and get an internship at a film magazine etc. Although you'd have to work for free for a few months, journalism is a tough world to get into so any experience would put u above the rest when it comes to applying for a job. Also most publications try to hire from within before they advertise a job.

As for pay, journalism can pay extremely well, depending on how good you are :)
