I am writing to submit for your consideration my 90,000-word adult mainstream novel, GREAT LOVE LOST, in which fate pits two sisters against each other as they battle for the love of one dedicated physician fighting an epidemic no one realizes exists.-98 I have pasted the first 10 pages of chapter one in the body of this e-mail message as directed by your Web site guidelines.

GREAT LOVE LOST is the story of two sisters in love with the same man who don’t realize it until a fateful encounter at a mortuary. The ensuing chaos drives one sister, Jess, to attempt suicide, and the other, Lia, to join the Peace Corps. Fate strikes again as the man, a doctor, is sent to a conference on SARS in China, where Lia is stationed, and their passion is rekindled. However, their love is once again challenged when a threatening letter from Jess arrives, and Lia contracts SARS shortly thereafter.

It could be that what you see as "loving and affectionate" she sees as demanding of sex?
You say she is "busy" all the time. Do you take time out to help her do those things she sees as important - like laundry, etc, so she has more time, more inclination to be affectionate? Could she be wanting you to show your love in another way, instead of sexually?
Perhaps her making the home as good as possible is HER way of showing her love. Perhaps by wanting to go places and do things with you she is crying out for you to spend quality time with her without demanding sexual contact.
Could she feel that sex is more important to her than she as a person is? That sex is all you want from her? Could she see that your desire for affection as only ever leading to one place - the bedroom? Do you ever walk away when sex isn't on the cards?
Perhaps its not that she doesn't love you, or you her, its just that the way each of you communicae that love is so different from what each other wants, that you don't even recognise it?

We Answered:

There are many charities helping poor people, even in well off countries. Often they can't do jobs, for the reasons you've given plus illness, having small children or sick familiies to look after and lots of other reasons. Some also can't work from drug or drink problems or from having been abused.
So there are a lot of reasons. The charities have experts and programmes to give each group of people the type of help they need.
It is very hard for a poor person to do any work - or even go to school and study - if they live in a hovel (or on the street) with not enough to eat.
So one of the first lines of help is to give them food. The homeless get food in soup kitchens, or from soup vans. People with homes often get food supplies from charities. You could volunteer to work in one of these places, adding your efforts to a big team that can get a lot more done than you could alone.

a contractor that is standing beside me says:
OfficeMax & OfficeDepot

Have both Proposals and Contracts that are very generic

Make sure you read them carefully & edit as needed before anyone (you or the other party) signs them

If there are items in the pre-printed contract or proposal that are contrary to your intention then line them out & make sure both you & the other party initial the change (same is true of any other change as well)

Also indicate that any subsequent change to this proposal or contract will require a new proposal and contract... in construction industry this is known as a "change order"
