Wilma Said:

Given my skills, experience, and degree, what are some jobs I should consider after I graduate?

We Answered:

careers.scienceontheweb.net - I found such internship info here. It has lots of internships, job openings and scolarships for college students.

Jacob Said:

Where apart from India can I find good career opportunities as a web writer?

We Answered:

First, you need to evaluate what are your international expertise if you want to work abroad. For example, If you want to work in Germany, can you speak/write the language? Furthermore, other than job experience(3 years isnt a lot to be an expat), What can you bring to the firm? How well do you know the countries you have chosen? What are their online vibe like and how well do you know this? These are factors that firm abroad will consider before taking you in. Countries rarely outsource unless you're really unique.

You can start checking out their job websites to know what's the job trend like. Examples:
UK: http://www.jobsite.co.uk/
Some parts of Asia:http://www.jobstreet.com/

What jobs would a duel major in English and Computer Science get me?

We Answered:

Let's not fight (duel) about this! A dual major for those can get you a wonderful teaching job in high school handling English classes in a computer lab. Lots of possibilities there. And a lifetime of security, health and retirement benefits, and perhaps the knowledge that you touched someone's life.

Do I have to have an Undergrad Degree in Information Science Technology in order to pursue a Masters?

We Answered:

You have way too much stuff here! And a Masters in ICT is not going to work without an undergraduate foundation.

You need to sit down and think about what kind of job you want and what your skill set is.

Firstly, are you artistic or logical. That is the first big divide. The creative/graphics design work can only be done by people with artistic flair. Does not mean you can't teach yourself to use Photoshop, just that you cannot create visuals for a living unless you have an eye for this stuff.

If you are logical, are you hardware or software orientated? Do you enjoy taking things apart and repairing them or do you like mathematical puzzles.

Once you have done this exercise, your field will be narrower. You can do another undergraduate degree, teach yourself from the internet, take some vocational courses or take a look at the Open University offerings.
