can i get a job writing my own tv show?We Answered:
To work direct for the BBC, you will need to work your way up to being a writer (they actually don't employ many writers these days). They used to run a script editors course to train budding writers - you need to check it out. Manchester is likely to be the best place as that is effectively the new HQ of the BBC. Also, try BBC Wales, London and Bristol. You'll probably stand more chance starting on radio, and possibly pursuing the in-house producers' course - radio producers write and script-edit also. It is unlikely you'll be able to get your own series commissioned initially, but you will be in a position to pitch.HOWEVER! Most drama, comedy and quiz shows are not produced in-house, but through production companies, where the writers are usually hired freelance. If you have a script you're trying to pitch, you're better off sending it to prodcos.
If I can help further, let me know. All the best.

Who else thought WWE did a poor job of writing Shane McMahon off of TV?We Answered:
Honestly, it's just a huge coincidence that he got written off TV and never got on-screen revenge because he left the company. But since you asked, he should lost a "loser leave the WWE" match against Orton. In a PERFECT world, he's lose a "Loser leaves the WWE" match against Sting only because Sting won the last official WCW match ever.Wanda Said:

What major in college can lead to writing tv shows? We Answered:
I'm sure that you've heard that there are many ways to get to an entertainment career, and that is SO true. If your interest is writing, try going for an English major and develop creative writing skills. I actually want to do something similar, but I'm getting my degree in theatre.Eugene Said:
I like electronics, writing songs, movies, TV shows, and designing games. What kind of career should I pursueWe Answered:
Graphic design and New Media are perhaps the fields you want to look in. These are umbrella terms for quite a variety of creative roles. Also I suspect you'd make quite a good Editor for paper or broadcast media. Does your local TV station have placements? If you're in the UK, the BBC would probably love to hear from you.
