If you're not a citizen, you will not be able to go the Nuke route, which means you can get rid of the MM Submarines and Nuclear Power Program right off the top.

To be honest, most of the engineering jobs aren't "math-science-physics-engineering" job. They're shade-tree mechanics, with varying degrees of excellence. You would probably learn more about aerospace-related issues (especially maintenance side of things) as an AD or an AM/AME, so that would be my best bet. You would get a great understanding of jet engines as a GSM (specifically the Allison 501K, the GE LM2500, and teh AVRO-Lycoming TF40 [for the LCACs]), but there's not much "aerospace" about it. Engineman? I used to own the guys and I love them, but it isn''t "Engineering" as you think of it. It's fixing the pumps and car engine-level work.

Engineering Aide is being a draftsman, and laying out building plans (EA is a Construction Battalion rate). So, not recommended for what you want.

You will have to apply for student loan repayment, but I have no clue how that's done. They will help you apply for citizenship (and I believe the fees are waived for a military member).
