Are there any good writing jobs out there that are truly obtainable? Or is it tough? We Answered:
Hey Ginger, things are challenging in the messed up USA economy, government, judicial, and institutional America. It is because of the persistent threads of disharmony that are woven into the fabric of the foundation of this country. My hope and pray is that one day America will become a truly united nation under God, Buddha, a Harpsichordist, or all of us. E Pluribus Unum: from the many one. Our nation is falling further and further behind nations like China, India, Brazil, and the European Union because of our persistent dis-harmonies and excessive commercial marketplaces.Back to answering your question, there are always jobs to be had if you are prepared and network well. There has been and is a massive shift to digital writing and journalism driven by the internet and technology. Hard-copy newspapers and magazines will continue to exist, but doing lower volume business. The bottom-line is--writing is a competitive area, and there are more opportunities today. Pay will vary.
Get yourself an account with www.Linked.com to network and put your resume out. Also, Craigs' List list lists open jobs. www.Helium.com is a website for writers who can get paid for writing on or through this website. You can also refer other people and get paid for doing that too. Be sure to let them know that I referred you (my Helium User Name is bigwatson, and my names on the site are: Wm. W. or William Maxwell Dominion, PhD.)
Good luck and may your God or Goddesses Bless your search!
