Priscilla Said:

Online Survey's for Money?

We Answered:

Sounds like one I joined and while they didn't outright rip you off, they were constantly wanting you to sign up for all this expensive stuff and if you didn't then you never got to the survey part and never got to make any money. So, yeah, I guess it is a scam, because you don't really do the surveys for free and I never made any money from it because I wouldn't sign up for all their expensive stuff.
Sorry.

How do I cope with being a customer service representative for a company that offers bad service?

We Answered:

Hmmmmm. I wondered why no one was posting an answer with a work at home link.

That really does stink and it would be hard to go in there every day. There are too many customer service companies out there that may not provide optimal support but don't purposely attempt to defraud their customers.

As a veteran of a less than ethical work environment I would suggest starting your job search immediately and make sure to document questionable decisions by your employer in case they try to blame you later.

What does a job coach do?

We Answered:

You already know what a job coach does. Help people write their resumes & improve where you can....help them make covre letters, write thank you notes for interviews, go through possible interview questions to help them prepare appropriate answers....

I feel like there should be a job coach link that could help you...

Kevin Said:

what do you write in your cover letter when applying for a job online? eg: research fellowship.?

We Answered:

Your employer, the university, will want you to show that you have the qualities necessary to do solid research. So, since presumably you're now a graduate student, you should be able to give examples of research papers that you did for undergrad classes or any grad classes you've taken that required a lot of research on your own, preferably in the same field for which you're applying for a fellowship.

If you've published any journal articles that required research, so much the better, and you should be sure to give them as examples.
