Try The Frugal Freelancer blog - http://frugalfreelancer-freelanceliving.… - scroll down to the bottom of the page and take a look at the niche sites. Also, sites like Suite101, allow writers to choose their topics. Also, try to query magazines that target children and teens.

The only problem you may have is getting paid, but maybe one of your parents can help out with that part. Many online writing outlets do not send checks, they pay through Paypal.
