There are 2 tiers: skilled and experienced professionals with degrees, specialized additional training, publishing credits, and job experience. Then there are those who think they can write for quick money, and work for $5 per project (whereas a pro could earn several hundred to several thousand!). Both can be found on elance.com and numerous other websites.

If you need a writer, you are always better off spending the money on a professional. Google copywriters, but better, what kind of copywriter do you require for your project? Medical writer? Legal writer? Financial writer? Look for websites of these specialists, send them specifications for the project you need produced, and get their quotes.

Since you cannot write a post, I assume you are looking to hire a writer, since you could not possibly qualify as a English language writer yourself. Or are you qualified in some other language? Perhaps you could sign up for elance, specifying the language you are qualified in. You will need samples of your work, client list, publications list, references.

Normally those freelancer site is open to buyer and freelancer, you need to apply the job you are interested, the buyer will deposite the money at the website and you can get the money once you complete the job. So, it is safe. The money is pay via paypal basically
