you can always go to the hospital er and tell them you are feeling mentally overwhelmed and need. I don't think you need to feel "suicidal" to do this or if you have a "mental hospital" you can call them and get an evaluation. You should be able to call a local hospital and get a number.

Of all those things you stated you left me out. An independant contractor/small business owner. Maybe you don't consider us as real job holders either. I have to work 60-80 hours a week but I still have a right to affordable health care and have never had it. Why should I be penalized with high healthcare costs because I am not part of some big healthcare group offering cheaper affordable healthcare that large companies offer their employees. My work started out as my hobby ( a sewing machine tech). If a person has a dibilitating disease why should they be penalized after having been paying into the system for a period of time as I beleive your neighbor has. Teaching part time, making and selling necklaces is a real job or can be. Maybe you are just a bit jealous that she may just make a real go at it with a little help.

Yes, health insurance reform would change things dramatically. People could get divorced and still have health insurance and some people choose one job over another because of health insurance. So will the pay go up for these better jobs when health insurance is not an issue?
Yes, free-lance type of jobs would be more attractive and fit into one's lifestyle after health reform.

I've tried lots of different things to earn money from home. None of them were scams, but the majority of them didn't earn the kind of money I would have liked to be earning. Eventually, I found a home based business that didn't cost money to get started with. It's been the best thing for my family and I love what I'm doing now.
