As far as the SS employment records they do not have access. IRS does not release that info for background checks.
Get used to feeling silly about writing dumb stuff. You will not believe the trivia you will have to write so when a case goes to court you aren't more embarrassed by a defense attorney.

So why "just in case"?
What a good investigator does is look for anomalies in your statements and background. They see one it raises questions and makes for a deeper investigation. So try to remember all and put it down. If it is not needed it will be ignored.

Instead of an objective, use a job title at the top of your resume. In your case, I would simply put something like...

RESTAURANT SERVER, FINE DINING

...or casual dining, or whatever reflects the experience you have.

It's more professional and a bit more assertive than the old-fashioned objective. Rather than saying you want to be a server, tell them you ARE a server. Feel free to check out my website for many samples where these types of job titles are used.
