Your introductory paragraph needs a little sorting:

Three of the hardest things I had to face when I first arrived at San Diego City College were, FIRSTLY TO take serious responsibility FOR my academic PROGRESS, SECONDLY, finding A parking space and LASTLY THE PRESSURE MY family put ON me.

The rest of it flows well enough. I think I would try to add what you found interesting in the courses to balance the difficulties.

dont' use the words like limited experience. as you must has seen they want the experienced people. I m not saying to say any untruth but instead of that dont mention the negative words. Be concise . instead of Excel Powerpoint say Ms Office Suites.
They know that as u r are recent graduate you dont have a long experience.

Remove the lines
i do not have any clerical or office experience
limited experience
working with cats (court clerk doesnot want that)

Try to make paragraphs.

Mention any of following
Excellent Communication Skills
Excellent Communication and Verbal Skills
Excellent Customer Service Skills

Be honest but be professional. Don't specifically indicate that they called you a drunk, instead, call it, "verbal abuse." I think you need to be specific and thorough, but consider the audience and modify your choice of language appropriately. What they want to see, and what you should stress, is that it was a temporary situation and you were able to handle it in the end. This will no longer be a problem, making you a prime candidate for graduate school.

You could do engineering instead, or combine graphic design with programming - both of those would pay well and can often use art skills. Knowing how to use a computer doesn't really translate to being good at or enjoying programming. But don't lie on your admissions essay. Write about what you're interested in and then try to find some way to connect it to your choice of majors.
