Cynthia Said:

Help writing english sentences:?

We Answered:

Just follow the patterns you have. For example, "Acts of love like Corrie's please God." becomes "Acting out of love like Corrie is one way to please God." or "Acting out of love is one way Corrie pleases God" (gerund) and "To act out of love like Corrie pleases God" (infinitive) and "Acting out of love, Corrie pleases God" (participal)

Lillie Said:

Writing example sentences for an English grammar textbook. Is there an easier way?

We Answered:

The standard way would be to use examples from public domain works. Some of the best dictionaries include examples of word usage from classics.

"Time consuming" is a nice way of saying, can't I just steal these from a similar text book? You're writing a text book, you have to expect to actually write the text. Otherwise, what are you getting paid for, a pretty cover?

William Wordswoth's pems are some of the most descriptive. Choose a few lines.
