Can't help on the technical stuff but there are a few grammatical errors you may wish to change:
Use a full stop not a semi colon after 'at Middlesex University.' I have come to a conclusion should be 'the conclusion', eg. I have come to the conclusion that I am not enjoying studying at Middlesex and wish to transfer, so don't use 'at this university' twice. Also, ' I can assure you my A level results do not.... ( not does not). Finally it's Yours faithfully.
It's not clear why you haven't settled where you are, but that may be all you mean to express.
