I can confidently say that since German take a good 4 years constant from 0 to "wow baby you're my german honey bun" and calculus is usually done in about 3 years (not including applications of it)

Scientists and mathematicians share information about discoveries through journal articles. Those are basically essays, English class assignments all over again.

Literature classes open up minds and get people to appreciate and understand ways of thinking that aren't their own.

Of course, this only happens if they're taught effectively.

Hi. I have been in Canada approximately 5 months. I am 19 and came from El Salvador. When I first came here it was very difficult for me. I didn't understand english very well and I was embarrassed to talk around other people but I've learned more english since then. I think Toronto is the biggest city in Canada, there are many people here from different countries and there are a lot of lakes.


Just try to be around more people who speak english and you will learn. Try to watch children's shows or cartoons to help you learn. That's how my neighbor learned english when she moved to the United States from Japan.
