Thinking in Hindi, while trying to speak English, is a major barrier to fluency in English. You'd find that you'd speak a lot more clearly, and quickly if you didn't go through the mental process of translating what you want to say from Hindi, to English, saying it, receiving a response in English, then translating it into Hindi.

My recommendation to you is to begin training yourself in thinking in English. For example, when you see a dog, don't think "kutta," think "dog." If you see a girl crossing the street, describe the action to yourself in English. When you go to eat lunch, try and tell yourself about what you're eating in English, and so forth.

In situations where you can afford to do so, always go back and correct your English whenever you make a mistake. You'll be communicating more slowly, but you'll eventually learn to avoid common mistakes that you make.

The key is to practice. Practice speaking, practice writing, and, most importantly, practice thinking in English.
