I am assuming that you are supposed to write a description as it might appear in an advertisement by a real estate agent. You should write this for yourself as if you just copy it will be fairly obvious.

I would suggest that firstly you take a look at some real ads for property; there are thousands on the internet.

Also bear in mind that I am writing in the UK so some of my references will be British but I guess that ads would be pretty similar in the US but again I would say take a look at some real property descriptions and layouts

Most will start with a description of the location and this might be something like:

A Substantial four bedroom family home located close to the heart of 'Anytown' just a few minutes walk from a comprehensive public transport system and with easy access to the Motorway network. 'Anytown' has excellent schools, great shopping facilities and many superb restaurants.

Next you would probably talk about the features of the property itself:

This brick-built house sits in 1/2 acre of mature gardens and consists of:

Ground floor -
* A large family room with a period fireplace there is a picture window to the front and patio doors to the rear
* A dining room with patio doors
* A larger than average, well appointed, fully-fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area.
* Wet room with shower, w/c and clothes and boot area.
* A fully equipped laundry room with washer and drier

First Floor –
* Master bedroom 18’ x 12’ with en-suite bathroom, large walk-in closet and fully fitted wardrobes.
* Bedroom 2 is 16’ x 12’ with a closet and fully fitted wardrobes
* Bedroom 3 is 12’ x 12’ with fully fitted wardrobes
* Bedroom 4 is 12’ x 10’ with closet
* Family bathroom with full tub, separate shower and w/c

In addition there is a two car garage with guest accommodation above and a finished basement with games room and bar.

Then you might talk about the other features such as heating, utilities and materials:

This property benefits from gas central heating and central air conditioning.

Exterior Construction – Brick with wooden siding
Roof - Asphalt, shingle

Then maybe a summary of features:
Interior Features
Full Basement, Carpets, Clothes Dryer, Clothes Washer, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Stove, Double Glazed Windows, Propane Water Heater

Exterior Features
Septic System, Wooded View, Mains Water Supply, Cedar Decking, Off-road parking for six cars

Something like this would give you around 280 words and you could find most of the text from different ads for properties. Once again DON’T JUST COPY either this or any one ad you find, even with English as your second language you should be able to put something together.

I have four days for the National Day holiday. Time flies fast. Now two days have passed. I have to leave here and go back to school the day after tomorrow.

I think this shows an acceptable level of competence in written English. You have expressed your feelings well.

I understand one may have had to "renounce" your Spanish citizenship when you became a citizen, but this renunciation is not recognized as valid in Spain, unless you did so in front of a Spanish consul or judge.

If you or she were born in Spain, go to a Spanish consulate and they will make the arrangements to get you a Spanish/EU passport.

you should have an opening paragraph, at least 3 body paragraphs and a closing. All paragraphs should have an opening sentence with at least 3 body sentences then a closing sentence. Your first and last paragraphs should be summaries of the article stating the same thing worded differently.
