I believe that the best way to improve your English skills is practice, practice, practice. You have to read English books, newspapers, Blog's. Use more English vocabulary in chatting with people via the Internet. Or search in Google.com exercises for grammar and do essay tasks. If its not enough for you, find an individual teacher and ask help from him :) good like.

I took it that you wanted this corrected. I'm sorry, if I misunderstood you.
Some people argue that private education should be banned by the government. For me, as a member of society, I doubt that the government has a right to do that. Here, I intend to explain my reasons and I will suggest solutions that might be enforced in order to solve private education's problems.
It is generally accepted that education is one of the major responsibilities assigned to the govenment. In other words, the government should be committed to offer public education for all members of society free of charge and with high quality standards. Unfortunately, in many cases, the government fails to provide the minimum requirements of good education which have been standardized by the United Nations resolutions in terms of availability, fees, and quality. For that reason, private education should never be banned.
On the other hand, it is undoubtly true that private education has an adverse impact on the level of education in the country. Despite the fact that only the elite can afford private education for their children. It is generated, in the first place, for profitable purpose. Its disadvantages can be eliminated, compared to its benefits. Private education plays a key role in the education process. Here I am referring to the public education in Jordan, where it is undertandable that, due to the lack of government resources, enrolling in public school is not accessible for all school boys. On the other hand, higher education is a priviledge for elite students in the country. Every year, a limited number of opportunities are available: Between ten to fifty candidates are being accepted in each faculty.
In contrast, in comparing the two modules of education, it is generally observed that the private education approach is to take good care of students by following up with them on an individual level. In special circumstances, private education is systemized to interact closely with special needs persons and giving more chances for these students than in public education.
In the final analysis, it is generally accepted that private education should be allowed. At the same time, government has to adopt well-planned actions and implement new rules to get rid of private education's disadvantages caused by materialistic goals.

As you see, as first explained, I corrected this for you. I took it that this was to be a debate: Private vs Public Education. Here are some pointers to make your paper and your "stand" stronger:
1. Take a side. From all indications, you side with the Private Education "end of the equation." That's fine. If you wish to make a point and include Jordan, contrast it. Bring fourth what you wish people to understand about the education system there. In your paragraphs, the reader sees "a salt-and-pepper sprinkling." Exspand it.
2. Make all of your paragraphs a little longer. Respectfully, they don't have "enough bottom" to carry the points made.
3. Make your conclusion a little stronger. Remember: You want to PURSUADE the reader to see your side. If I, as your reader, were supposed to buy your words as I would a product, convince me WHY I should do this.
4. Keep the paper all in one tense. It would work best, because of the subject matter, in third person (ie: One should....). In this way, the writer gives the anonymity needed.

I've been doing that for years....The best book I ever bought is called Gregg's Reference Manual (ISBN 0-070054400-X)...if you cant find it look for the Little Brown English handbook...
