.sorry to say ..there's lot of mistakes in above paragraph tooo..,but we indian can't speak true English ..after all , our mother tongue is Hindi ... I often deal with some Chinese and Japanese business Sellers and they also just speak Chinese+English = Chinglish ..haha ..and sometimes they took a week to understand and confirmed the conversation b/w the two's .. just because their Mother Language is Chinese ..Some of them Understand easily ,can speak english but they r not as fluently perfect as Indian Sellers are ...
Lack of professionalism ,Education system of India , ...n many such factors in countable list can be observed which deteriorates the growth of good English speaking person in India .... i remember those days when teachers in our school taught English ..keep dictating long phrases ...writing down dozens of answers n never tried to explain and introduce with new concepts of english writing and grammers.. not even asked to interpret the phrases from english to hindi or vice versa ...even in Universities ,we had an exam of english paper ,and we were asked the ques of IELTS type ques ...No lecturer was assigned for English subject ...we just borrowed the books a day ago ,a day before an examination.
So if there's 30% of population in your circle speak,understand and write english ..its really a big deal for Indians... main thing is - hesitation .. i know ,i'm poor in english ...but hesitation grasps me speak out a fluent or proper english .. Vocabulary matters a lot ..and w/o Vocabulary ..no english ,no hinglish no chinglish ....!!!!
