For the writing and listening, you can watch more TV programmes, specially kids channels, you will know much more English which you never expected. For the communication, you have to talk more with others, such as ppls in church, elder center, chartity center, those ppls are nice and speak slowly and clearly or maybe you go to work and talk with your coworkers.
