Google unfamiliar words and get some books on learning english and try taking some classes to learn. Also get as many translators as you can. On your iPod, cellphone, computer any place where you can type in a word or sentence and they translate it for you. And of course make some friend that speak english! Good luck!

First, check at your local public library (esta una biblioteca).

Then, check your public schools, churches, and even the League of Women Voters. I am not sure about in Georgia, but in California the League puts out voter information in simple English for new English readers. I think it's called Easy Voter. In California, it is distributed through public libraries.
