READING is the keyword.
Start reading anything in English,say Newspapers, Magazines, Novels,Self-Help books,anything which interests you.
And to know what interests you must first read.
Listen to Sports commentary.
Watch Indian English News Channels.
Do a lot of online chatting with your friends in English.

Listen and Read English a lot. It will help improve your English Speaking and Writing skills.
