Get into an on-line Bible Study with an English speaking church group. Avoid Australians. They don't speak English well.

Reading books and newspapers written in English will help a lot. Reading aloud will help you pronounce the words well. Talk and chat with friends only in English. Make it a game to add fun to it. Those who make a mistake will give 25 cents or something like that.
Memorize a few words from the dictionary every night. Read, read and read.
You will be proud of yourself when you are diligent.
