When interviews are written out, the interviewer's name or initials are in the margin. The question is usually bolded.

The interviewee's name is also set out in the margin with the interviewer, and their answer us underneath the answer, but not in bold.

Yeah I have the thing you want but it was gifted to me by a friend.It's called Transliteration actually.The one that I have is by Abdullah Yusuf Ali.It has the Qura'n written in Arabic and English on the same page along with the translation in English.You can check it out with the Islamic research foundation headed by Dr.Zakir Hussain.Good luck brother.

Actually there is no law or rule but the general custom is to follow English/Hindi system altough you have full privilege to align it to right.
