Well done, you seem to be making good progress on learning about Islam. With regards to your question, I myself am a non-Arabic Speaker and the best way I've found to understand as accurate a meaning of a particular verse in the Glorious Quran is to go to a website like http://islamawakened.org/Quran/default.h… which has 16-17 of the most popular English translations and to sort of interpolate a reasonably accurate meaning of a verse by observing what most of the translations mention. Also it's always a good idea to look at the literal Arabic-English translation (also on above link) as that gives you a fair understanding of what the actual Arabic meant. Also it's good to consult a Tafsir whilst reading the Quran as these give detailed explanations and descriptions of every single verse. Here are some of the best Tafsir sites I know of:
