The Perfect Resume
Ralph Said:
how to make a perfect resume for job?We Answered:
These days very few HR departments even ready resumes, they are electronically scanned for key words that match the skills and requirements in the job descriptions. Your best bet is to have your husband go on line and search for job openings that he is interested in. Look at the skills and requirements for the position and use the key action words in his resume when describing what he did in his work experience.A perfect resume is a resume that has the key words to fit each unique job profile. So that means, the next job he wants to apply for - he needs to look at the posting for that position and do the same. Other than that, the only other way to get noticed is through networking or by personally dropping off his resume and hoping to speak with the manager or foreman on duty.

What is the perfect resume that you should have for god in purgatory? We Answered:
No Scriptural basis for purgatory.First of all, let's see what the catholic belief about purgatroy is:
http://www.newadvent.org/cathen/12575a.h…
Look at what I have underlined:
Quote:
Temporal Punishment
That temporal punishment is due to sin, even after the sin itself has been pardoned by God, is clearly the teaching of Scripture.
This is absolutly ridiculous!
If the sin has been forgiven, WHY does God see the need for furthur punishment?
Isn't God powerful enough to forgive the WHOLE SIN?????????
Especially, when we see this truth from Scripture:
Psalm 103:12 (New International Version)
12 as far as the east is from the west,
so far has he removed our transgressions from us.
God's forgivness isn't partial-it is TOTAL!
When we confess our sins, it's as if we never committed them! To say that they weren't totally forgiven, demeans the very sacrifice of Jesus, especially when He said "it is finished!"
God's forgivness is TOTAL!
Then we have this quote:
Quote:
All sins are not equal before God, nor dare anyone assert that the daily faults of human frailty will be punished with the same severity that is meted out to serious violation of God's law.
Excuse me?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
According to Scripture they are!
Revelation 21:8 (New International Version)
But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars—their place will be in the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death."
Cowardess, is just as bad as unbelief, which is just as bad as murder, which is just as bad as sexual imorality, which is just as bad as magic, which is just as bad as idolatry, which is just as bad as lying............
How can ANYONE so blantently say things like this, when Scripture CLEARLY CONTRADICTS THEM?
But HERE is the botom lime here, (RIGHT FROM SCRIPTURE!!!!!!!)
Hebrews 9:27 (King James Version)
And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:
Here it is people-JUDGEMENT!!!!!!!!!!
HEAVEN OR HELL! THERE IS NO OTHER WAY!
Do I need to say more?

How to write a perfect resume???We Answered:
The "perfect" resume is one that clearly outlines your skills & qualifications!Make sure use qualatative and quantitative statements like:
Increased productivity by 30% over 6-months by implementing a quality analysis review process.
That kind of statement shows "results."
A cover letter introduces yourself to the employer and precedes your resume.
The site below has a good example:

How do you type the perfect resume and what do employers look for?We Answered:
Firstly, there is no such thing as a perfect resume.I know there are plenty of books and websites that claim that they can help you write a resume that will get you a dream job, great salary and non-stop sex for the rest of your life.
But the reality depends on a lot of different things.
Firstly, a resume needs to be not much more than a list of your qualities. Education, experience, personality, career goals and other skills (eg, electronic equipment)
A letter of application describes in a more prose like format why they should give you the job.
But sales people are born not made. 10 years of sales experience could mean you are still useless. So the best way to prove that you are a good sales person is to be self-confident and sell yourself. Go out and shake your money make on the street baby.
Armed with your own one page resume and letter of application (double side it) head out looking for work.
In your local area make a list of companies that you could work for. Rock up and ask to talk to the manager, then tell them what you want. Then expand your circle. Go to places you are less interested in working at (eg, K-mart, Big-W etc, ie department stores with a electronic goods section and apply for a job). Go to more remote places.
If you are capable of being a sales person then after 1 week I guarantee at least one job offer.
Get experience and go from there.
Oh, if you are a yank (as we say in aussie land) then you should realise that many Americans may come across as a little pushy in Australia, and appear to be selling yourself too hard. Maybe you need to tone your attitude down a little, but be yourself.

How do I create the perfect resume? We Answered:
The General format of your resume should be as follows1. Name and contact address with email id and contact phone Number
Name, address, telephone, e-mail address, web site address
All your contact information should go at the top of your resume.
* Avoid nicknames.
* Use a permanent address. Use your parents' address, a friend's address, or the address you plan to use after graduation.
* Use a permanent telephone number and include the area code. If you have an answering machine, record a neutral greeting.
* Add your e-mail address. Many employers will find it useful. (Note: Choose an e-mail address that sounds professional.)
* Include your web site address only if the web page reflects your professional ambitions.
2. Your Career objective
An objective tells potential employers the sort of work you're hoping to do.
* Be specific about the job you want.
* Tailor your objective to each employer you target/every job you seek.
3. Your educational details in reverse chronological order
* Your most recent educational information is listed first.
* Include your degree (BE, BTech, ME, Mtech, MS.), area of specialization , institution attended, percentage/grade point average
* Mention academic honors.
4. Your skill set:
· Clearly categorize your skills correctly ,for example
Programming languages : C, C++, JAVA
Operating systems : UNIX, LINUX
5. Project details:
· Clearly specify the name of the project
· Type of the project (Major/minor)
· Give a clear description of not more than 5 lines about the project
· Where you did the project
· Time taken to implement the project
6. Extracurricular activities:
· Highlight the academic and technical activities first
· Specify the hobbies you are good at
· Highlight activities which show qualities like leadership, teamwork etc
7. References:
In most instances it is not necessary to include names and address of references on the resume. If you include a reference, make it sure that the referenced person knows very well about you. It is also advisable to add the persons as references, whom the employer can contact easily. If possible add the phone number and e-mail ID of the reference
Follow These Basic Standards....
*
Don't overcrowd your resume; allow for plenty of white space.
*
Keep your resume to a maximum of two page whenever possible.
*
Keep the number of fonts you use to a minimum -- two at the most.
*
Use a font that is easy to read. Times Roman works well.
*
Do not justify the lines of type on your resume. Allow the right side of the page to "rag."
*
Do not overuse capitalization, italics, underlines, or other emphasizing features.
Avoid Mistakes:
SPELLING MISTAKES:
To avoid spelling mistakes:
*
Don't use words with which you aren't familiar.
*
Use a dictionary as you write.
*
Perform a spell check on your finished resume.
*
Carefully read every word in your resume.
*
Have a friend or two proof read your resume for you.
PUNCTUATION MISTAKES:
Things to look for:
*
Periods at the end of all full sentences.
*
Be consistent in your use of punctuation.
*
Always put periods and commas within quotation marks.
*
Avoid using exclamation points.
GRAMMATICAL MISTAKES:
Grammar hang-ups to watch for:
*
Do not switch tenses within your resume.
*
The duties you currently perform should be in present tense (i.e., write reports)
*
Duties you may have performed at past jobs should be in past tense (i.e., wrote reports).
*
Capitalize all proper nouns.
*
When expressing numbers, write out all numbers between one and nine (i.e., one, five, seven), but
*
use numerals for all numbers 10 and above (i.e., 10, 25, 108).
*
If you begin a sentence with a numeral, spell out that numeral (e.g. Eleven service awards won while employed.).
*
Make sure your date formats are consistent (i.e.11/22/01 or Nov. 22, 2001, or 11.22.01. Choose one and stick with it.).
*
Choose Your Words Carefully:
*
Phrase yourself well:
*
Be on the lookout for the following easily confused words:
*
accept (to receive), except (to exclude)
*
all right (correct), alright (this is not a word)
*
affect (to bring about change), effect (result)
*
personal (private), personnel (staff members)
*
role (a character assigned or a function), roll (to revolve).
*
Use action words (i.e., wrote reports, increased revenues, directed staff).
