Do research on EACH company you apply to,know the names of the hiring people, president, VP, etc. of company, know exactly what they do, what they are looking for, and tell them quickly how you will be a great asset to them. Keep all this to less than one page. Your resume should reflect ONLY what your experience has been with respect to what that company is looking for. If you demonstrate that you have gone this distance to get the job, you will have shown them you will go the distance if you get the job. That separates the boys from the men.
