An employer doesn't need to know of the employee's medical problems according to the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990 (for your knowledge). The employer may ask the employee (or job applicant) if they need "reasonable accommodations" such as an extra break during the day (perhaps due to fatigue) or a separate room for completing progress notes. That would need to be verified and documented by a licensed physician, too. The employer might benefit by knowing of any allergies, however, in case of a medical emergency, but disabilities and illnesses are supposed to be personal and confidential. Perhaps you can either decide not to work at that place of employment or diplomatically just mention that you can provide them with your allergies to medications or such. Please do Not get in a confrontation about it :)

I should add that your future boss doesn't seem to know about certain employment and/or privacy laws (between us and the wall ;) so that may be another deciding factor of whether or not to work at that job.
