Most employers what to see history of work, relevant or not to the current position. They are looking for gaps in jobs, overlaps, etc. Put all job history on the resume, but focus details on those jobs you held that have the skill set for the job you are applying for.

Resumes are pretty standard regardless of where you are applying.

They typically consist of a few sections:
- Objective
- Experience
- Education
- (any other sections specific to your field...i.e. license)
