Leave it out. It's an old norm. No need to have an objective in this day an age. Employers could care less about them.

Not sure if this is what you're looking for......
Have you tried just opening up Microsoft Word,and using the resume wizard if you have it? Once it's open just chose File OR the Microsoft emblem at the top left corner, New and then click on Resumes and templates will pop up and if connected to the Internet, you can also search the web from that window you're already in for more templates on the Microsoft Office Online Database. Once you have picked your resume template, a wizard will step you through it.
Now this is, if you're using Microsoft Office 2007 Version. If you have the older version then you can still use the resume wizard, it's all in the file, new template and then choose resume i believe. It's easy to use and not hard to find. Give a shot. Hope that helps.
