Resume Writing Service

Brad Said:

Looking for Resume Writing Service Recommendation?

We Answered:

As a professional resume writer, I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to help hundreds of clients see themselves with a fresh perspective. It is extremely rewarding to open a client’s eyes to his or her own abilities and skills - it’s why I love what I do.

Feel free to take a look at my website, Tandem Resumes. There you will find information about the services I provide as well as a detailed outline of my process. You may also be interested in having a look at my blog, which has quite a bit of information geared toward job seekers.

Regardless of which route you take, I wish you the best of luck on your job search!

Has anyone used a resume writing service?

We Answered:

I used a resume writing service years ago, and it was a positive experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is not a professional writer or an HR professional.

In fact, it was so positive that now I'm a member of PARWCC, the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches. I'm also a CPRW, Certified Professional Resume Writer. Be sure you hire a resume writer who has professional credentials.

A college placement service may be able to help you -- the writing center will not. That's because the conventions of resume writing are very different from those of other types of writing.

In resume writing, you get what you pay for. Resume mills like Careertrack charge as little as $100. But they pay their resume writers only $25 to $35 per resume. As you can imagine, you are not going to get top quality work for that price.

A good resume may cost $300, but if you get a job a month quicker, or it helps you get a job earning $100 a week more, that's not a bad deal, is it??
