The standard resume format is sufficient.Your husband should mention the name of the companies he worked and clearly state that he worked in those companies on a temp.basis but has acquired different skills and stress should be laid on them !!

I assume that you are an engineer. Too bad the school you attended did not put at least some emphasis on writing. These sentences are so poor that I could not even begin to edit them. Start over, write the way you talk. Head of Organization is just so awful - try leader. Really read your first sentence - do you really mean effective engineering - it doesn't make sense.

I would suggest you prepare your resume and then go to the career center at your college for tips.

You can also add other categories such as:

Personal/Interpersonal Skills, Volunteer Experience, Awards/Certificates, Skills/Abilities, etc.

It's okay to to put "References Available Upon Request", however, make sure you have them if requested. Relatives should NOT be used as references. References should be teachers, counselors, former employers, coaches, pastor/minister, etc.

MS Word 2007 has some pretty good templates located by clicking on the "Office Button" in the upper left hand corner.
