That depends. If you saw an ad online and there was an email address listed for applications, it's best to use that email address. If you're sending your resume blind (not for an advertised position), you'd do better to take it in person and try to weasle some time with a manager or HR employee.

Think about what the job entails and if you've got skills that are relevent, put them in. I'd be looking at thinks like:

- able to quickly strike up a rapport with people
- I don't get easily flustered
- can cope with pressure and targets
- enjoy helping people and giving good service
- excellent telephone manner (if also handling voice queries)
- good IT skills
- good fast typing skills (or touch typing)

If you have a good knowledge of the product(s) for which you'd be a customer service rep, say that too.
